QUALITY POLICY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY OF THE COMPANY

The company’s management establishes the following quality policy as part of the quality management system:

In order to support this quality policy, the company’s management is committed to:

• Constantly improve the established quality management system by increasing the efficiency of individual processes
• Set quality goals based on this policy, and assess them on regular basis
• Monitor and analyze all processes regularly and take the results into account in subsequent management and planning
• Establish a clear organizational structure describing the management system, establish the responsibilities and competences of managers as well as the rights and obligations of employees
• Supply customers with products of the highest possible quality
• Fulfill the requirements of ISO 9001 standard, comply with laws and regulations
• Inform all interested parties about important changes and other facts

• Support the circular economy and inform both the company’s customers and all interested parties
• Reduce environmental pollution by recycling and contribute to slowing down the loss of mineral wealth
• Streamline company activities that have a direct and indirect impact on the environment and employee safety
• Broaden the portfolio of satisfied customers in the field of waste management
• Ensure operation with regard to the minimization of the burden on the environment, especially in the areas of water, soil, air, noise and waste
• Reduce electricity consumption and use energy from renewable sources, reduce water consumption and use alternative options
• Reduce the carbon footprint of the vehicle fleet
• Maintain consistent prevention of accidents and situations, the consequences of which could have a negative impact on the environment and the health of employees
• Support and motivate employees to protect the environment, especially through high-quality waste sorting

In order to support the environmental policy, the company’s management is committed to:

• Fulfill the requirements of ISO 14001 standard, the legislative requirements of the Czech Republic and the EU and other requirements in the field of environmental protection related to the company’s activities
• Increase the amount of recycled oil, with the requirement to use better technologies that will lead to a reduction of the non-processable part of waste oils
• Hand over the non-processable part of waste oils solely to an authorized person, who will carry out its disposal in accordance with environmental protection
• Reduce production of waste from own activities, especially from the filtration of waste oils for customers
• Set company goals according to this environmental policy and assess these goals on regular basis
• Regularly and professionally educate the company’s employees at all levels and introduce them to the company’s environmental policy
• Modernize the company’s vehicle fleet and contribute to reducing the carbon footprint by participating in the Clean Advantage program
• Carry out monitoring of underground water, soil and air according to the requirements of the relevant authorities and valid IPCC permit
