The project
“Development of a new generation of environmentally acceptable release agents for exposed concrete containing recycled oils”
is co-financed by the European Union.
The aim is to reduce the VOC content, increase biological resistance and optimise the separation efficiency without negatively affecting the quality of the concrete surface.

The project
“Processing of waste oils for the production of commercially usable recycled industrial and waste heating oils”
is co-financed by the European Union.
The applicant company aims for maximum product and process innovation, which concerns the processing (recycling) of waste oils classified as hazardous waste. The innovation is the result of the company’s own development and long-term know-how in the field of oil filtration.

To support this quality policy, the management is committed to:

- To regularly monitor and analyze all processes and to take the results into account in subsequent management and planning
- To set quality objectives based on this quality policy and to regularly evaluate them
- To regularly update the organizational structure capturing the management system, to define the responsibilities and competences of managers and the rights and duties of employees

The company’s management sets the following environmental policy within the framework of environmental management:
- Promote the circular economy and inform not only the company’s customers, but all stakeholders about it
- Reduce environmental pollution through recycling and contribute to slowing down the loss of mineral resources
- Streamline the company’s activities that have a direct and indirect impact on the environment and employee safety
- Expand the portfolio of satisfied customers in the area of waste management
- Ensure operations with regard to minimizing environmental burdens, especially in the areas of water, soil, air, noise and waste
- Reduce electricity consumption and use renewable energy, reduce water consumption and use alternative options
- Reduce the carbon footprint of the fleet
- Prevent accidents and situations whose consequences could have a negative impact on the environment and the health of employees through consistent prevention
- Encourage and motivate employees to protect the environment, especially through quality waste sorting
In order to support the environmental policy, the company’s management is committed to:
- Comply with the requirements of ISO 14001 standard, legislative requirements of the Czech Republic and the EU and other environmental requirements related to the company’s activities
- Increase the amount of recycled oils, with the requirement to use better technologies that will lead to a reduction of the unprocessable part of waste oils
- Transfer the unprocessable part of waste oils in accordance with Section 13 (1) of the Waste Act, with regard to environmental protection
- Reduce the production of waste from own activities, in particular from the filtration of waste oils for customers
- On the basis of this environmental policy, set the company’s objectives and regularly evaluate these objectives
- Regularly train the company’s employees at all levels and familiarise them with the company’s environmental policy
- Modernise the company’s fleet and contribute to the mitigation of the carbon footprint by participating in the Clean Advantage programme
- Comply with the binding conditions for the operation of the plant arising from the integrated permit issued on 27.12.2009. 09.2021 and amendment no. 1 issued on 17.08.2023
The environmental management system applies to the headquarters of FILTRATION TECHNOLOGY s.r.o. and the company’s facilities, which are affected only in the activities carried out at the site. The determination of the scope of the environmental management system is specified in more detail in a controlled document, which can be provided on request.
